This application hosts various types of applications. Please make sure you are selecting the correct application type.

First-Year /Transfer - Undergraduate Applicants: If you are applying out of high school or have attended some college, submit the 2025 Undergraduate application.
MFA - Graduate Applicants: If you have earned or will earn a bachelor's degree and are interested in our MFA graduate program, submit the 2025 Graduate Application.
Exchange Applicants: If you attend an exchange partner school and are interested in studying for one semester at Otis, log in or create an account below and select the 2025 Exchange Application.
Summer of Art Scholarship Application: select this application to apply for a scholarship to our pre-college Summer of Art program.
