Schedule a Virtual Appointment with an Admissions Counselor

    Meet with an Admissions Counselor over Zoom!
    • Prospective Students/Applicants: get feedback on your portfolio and to go over the application process. If you would like a portfolio review, please have your images saved to an easily accessible folder on your computer. You can share your screen during the video conference. 
    • Accepted Students: learn more about the enrollment process and next steps. We can also answer general financial aid and housing questions. 
    • Prospective transfer students: to make the most of your meeting, please provide a copy of your unofficial college transcript so we can advise you on your transferrable credits. You can upload this when you register for the appointment. While it's not required, it's helpful.

    Virtual Format: The video conference will be held Zoom. Download Zoom here.  You can also request an appointment by phone.

    How to book: select an available date in green using the calendar tool and click on the link to register. All times are listed in Pacific Time. Enter your student information and you will be sent an email confirmation with the Zoom link. To request a specific date/time outside of our normal appointment times, click here.
